Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for cancellations may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and request.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature; these exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are typically issued in the same form as the original payment. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same card. For alternative payment methods, please allow additional processing time. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used for purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For bank transfers, processing times can vary significantly between institutions. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please provide us with your bank statement (with sensitive information redacted) showing the original transaction so we can assist with tracing the refund.
